Getinge Privacy Policy

This notice explains how inquiry and technical information submitted through getingedirect.com may be processed. It is not a substitute for a Business Associate Agreement or Data Processing Agreement where those contracts apply.

1. Information we collect

We use submitted information to route product, service, documentation, and capability reviews; to respond to requests; and to maintain website security. We do not need protected health information for an initial inquiry and ask that you do not submit it.

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized according to internal retention controls.

Information may be shared with authorized Getinge affiliates, distributors, or service partners solely to fulfill your request. We do not sell personal information.

5. Security and international transfers

Technical and organizational measures protect inquiry data in transit and at rest. Cross-border transfers, where required, follow applicable contractual safeguards.

7. HIPAA notice

This website is not intended as a channel for transmitting protected health information. If a covered entity relationship requires a BAA, that agreement is negotiated separately from website use.
